Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive in Johor Bahru. The position is open to fresh graduates and includes responsibilities such as interviewing candidates, screening, and candidate sourcing strategies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English, with knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese being advantageous. Training will be provided for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates
• Screening candidates
• Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
• Follow up/coordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
• Taking preliminary interview round
• Salary negotiation with successful candidates
• Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
• Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR Information System

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Phycology, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided).
• Minimum 6 months on a similar role added advantage.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Proficient in Mandarin and or Cantonese will be an advantage
• Good Time Management
