Talent Acquisition Executive [MNC - Pasir Gudang, Johor]

Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all parties including hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues.

Manage job board advertising, ensuring advertisements are compelling and accurate; also enhance and develop the recruitment channels to engage more qualified candidates.

Analyze market trends and talent profiles to enrich competency models of key roles with supports from internal and external counterparts

Ensure all the hiring procedures be done in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Lead or participate any HR projects based on business needs

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Maintain and develop links between contacts in liaison departments, job opportunities and internships or professional stays.

Tracking of vacancies and closing them in estimated time

Development of innovative strategies to attract talent

Sourcing candidates applying for our vacancies, recruitment event candidates and those referred by internal staff

Requirements
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in inhouse / agency recruitment.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to motivate others
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Possess strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
