The Role

We're looking for driven recruiters to join our team. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across a variety of client engagements. This is a fast-paced role where you'll work closely with delivery teams to identify top technical talent.

What You'll Do
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, domain expertise, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Maintain accurate records in our recruitment system
  • Meet hiring targets and contribute to team goals
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian job market and IT talent landscape
  • Good understanding of IT roles and technical terminology
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
  • Proficient with recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Degree holder
