Job description
Talent Acquisition Executive (Business-Focused)

This role is ideal for candidates from Sales, Business Development or other client-facing roles who enjoy outreach, relationship-building and results. You will function as a business-driven recruiter, combining proactive talent sourcing with long-term talent relationship management to support the growth of Rise Akademia. Working environment is mainly Mandarin-speaking. Candidates must be comfortable communicating in Chinese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and approach potential talents (full-time, contract or project-based)
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess capability, motivation and culture fit
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with talents rather than waiting for applications
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from outreach to successful hiring
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
  • Build and maintain an active talent pipeline and talent database
  • Support referral and talent recommendation initiatives
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives
Who Should Apply
