Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with the Workday system.
  • Experience with sourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews for recruiters across regions (APAC and EMEA).
  • Serve as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure seamless interview experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Send assessments to candidates as required.
  • Initiate background checks and track reports.
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing and talent pipeline management.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
