We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including high‑volume hiring, while ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and HR policies. This role partners closely with business unit leaders to deliver timely, efficient, and high‑quality hiring outcomes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure recruitment processes and documentation strictly adhere to SOPs and HR policies
  • Partner with line managers to understand hiring needs and performance expectations
  • Execute high‑volume and mass hiring strategies using job portals, creative ads, referrals, and resume databases
  • Plan and manage tight recruitment schedules to meet urgent and large‑scale hiring demands
  • Conduct effective behavioural interviews to assess candidate suitability and motivation
  • Ensure timely completion and handover of recruitment documents
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience through clear communication and follow‑ups
