Talent Acquisition Advisor (Contract Role)
Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: RM 8,000

This is an exciting individual contributor role within the Talent Acquisition function. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth. You will be based at our vibrant office in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, and report directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. This is a contract position with the possibility of renewal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with local and regional Talent Acquisition (TA) Leads, as well as functional TA Points of Contact, to develop recruitment plans, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and generate hiring reports.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, and Talent Sourcing to execute hiring strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Provide talent advisory support to hiring managers, including managing expectations and offering solutions in various recruitment scenarios.
  • Oversee the top-of-funnel recruitment process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and scheduling, to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Advise on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Ensure quality hiring by reviewing interview feedback and guiding evaluation processes.
  • Lead and execute employer branding initiatives, including internship programs and campus recruitment drives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to offer management.
  • Strong ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to address hiring challenges.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and familiarity with emerging technologies like Generative AI.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
  • Prior in-house recruitment experience is highly preferred.
