As a leader of the SAP PP Module solutions within the Deloitte Southeast Asia SAP team, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

Work you will do

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Advise clients on industry/ cross‑industry leading practices, and on SAP recommended processes and functions
• Design target state SAP solutions for clients, influencing clients’ thinking in adopting leading/standard practices while developing target state
• Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
• Perform SAP configuration and tests, and develop specifications for development of forms/reports/interfaces
• Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover
• Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post‑cutover
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field, supported by relevant experience
• Minimum of 6 years of post‑qualification experience working with SAP PP, having completed at least 5 end‑to‑end full‑life‑cycle SAP PP implementations
• Working experience in consulting firms preferred
• Experience with S/4HANA is a big plus
• Deep and wide experience in SAP‑led transformation programmes in diverse industries
• Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms
• Self‑motivated individual with ability to chart their route to success
• Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/mentorship to team members
• Value‑driven, inclusive individual committed to client service excellence
• Willingness to work outside the office base
• Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) as a prerequisite for short‑term and long‑term project assignments
• Good command of English communication
