Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology & Performance team is seeking a dedicated leader to drive Oracle Cloud Financials implementations in Thailand.

Location: Bangkok, TH

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively by reviewing customer requirements, leading business consultations, and translating them into specification documents for application design and configuration.

Support UAT testing—investigate issues, and coordinate with users and developers during the UAT phase for all techno‑functional queries.

Identify strategies, risks, and options, then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs.

Lead, coach, and advise a small project team while managing their performance (depending on project structure).

Provide clients with design options using prototypes.

Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.

Earn and maintain clients’, teammates’ and managers’ trust to ensure project delivery.

Continue to grow your skills to support business development and sales efforts.

Stay informed on leading industry trends and Oracle features to deliver optimal solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related field; CPA qualification or Master’s preferred but not essential.
• At least 5 years of Oracle Financials experience (Cloud Financials and EBS).
• Minimum of 1 full life‑cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
• Experience managing full life‑cycle projects or large implementations directly with clients.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end flow of modules: Fixed Assets, Cloud Accounts Payable, Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cloud Assets, and Cloud Cash Management.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Finance modules, preferably Fixed Assets.
• Functional perspective experience, focusing on implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, system integration, providing client guidance and training, and ensuring configuration follows best practice principles.
• Knowledge of org setup, module‑specific configurations, requirement analysis, and delivery of functional design documents for the mentioned modules.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects.
• Creative problem‑solving skills in a dynamic environment.
