  • Manage and maintain travel, hotel, and visa arrangements.
  • Arrange internal and external logistics for off‑site meetings, as needed. For meetings outside Malaysia, coordinate with respective country EAs for support.
  • Work closely with the mobility team to ensure compliance with the latest travel protocols.
