Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in tendering/estimation, preferably in T&D, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of T&D works, materials, and construction methods.
• Familiar with standard contracts (e.g. PAM, CIDB, FIDIC – advantage).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and submit tenders for T&D projects within deadlines.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs.
• Attend tender briefings, site visits, and clarification meetings.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for T&D works.
• Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain tender records, cost databases, and pricing benchmarks.
