Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in Information Technology Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install network devices and services.
• Perform maintenance and system upgrades including patches and security configurations.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies.
