Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Networking / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering from any recognized institution.
• Knowledge in automotive industry or automotive business process is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skill.
• Well versed in advanced programming and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines).
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Location

Based at Perodua Headquarters (HQ), Sg Choh, Rawang, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• To support and troubleshoot IT related hardware and software problems reported by users.
• To support and troubleshoot problems on Network (LAN, IP, DNS, Cloud) or Communication.
• To support and monitor network performance tools authorized such as Internet Access Management System (IAMS), PS/Switches/AP/WIFI Controller monitoring system, etc.
• To work with cloud provider for design and develop cloud-based infrastructure, application and services to meet the requirements.
• To update and maintain network equipment inventory list (new, transfer, loan and dispose).
• To monitor and maintain all the network equipment at Plant and cloud.
• To prepare weekly/ad hoc report to immediate supervisor.
