Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, have 3–5 years of relevant experience, and possess strong hands-on skills in Intune, Microsoft Defender, and related services. Fluent English communication is required.

Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to manage and develop enterprise Microsoft 365 and cloud services. This role involves installation, configuration, and maintenance of M365 applications, as well as managing Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and related services.

Your Tasks

• Install, configure, patch, and update Microsoft 365 applications and related tools (Visio, Project, ToDo, Planner).
• Manage and operate M365/Cloud services including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune (MDM), and Teams Phone.
• Ensure security through MFA, Defender, and email domain management.
• Handle service management processes: incident, change, service requests, license management, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts; manage backups, restores, reporting, and documentation.
• Support migrations from on-premise to cloud and collaborate with IT teams (Security, Network, Data Center, Workplace).
• Maintain digital learning platforms and knowledge base articles.
• Drive M365 adoption, provide training and guidance, and suggest operational improvements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in international teams.
• Strong hands‑on experience on Intune and other Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool.
• Strong knowledge on Defender operations (whitelisting, hunting scripts and troubleshooting skills) and good to have knowledge on Symantec End Point.
• Hands‑on experience on other M365 platform – Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of IT service processes; ITIL v3 certification or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Service‑specific certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure) preferred.
