We are seeking dedicated professional to join our team as System Engineer. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze the existing problems, create a solution, execute it with the desired outcome. It is also important to have basic knowledge and understanding of system infrastructure, network security and virtualization. The role involves implement and managing network security solutions, and to provide technical support to maintain business continuity.

  • Provide technical support to customers, remotely or onsite support.
  • Provide technical proof-of-concepts (POC) installation and evaluation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
  • Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal/external support team.
  • Involve in meeting with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose issues reported.
  • Assisting the implementation of projects closed by sales team.
  • Develops and maintain good relationship with customers and partners.
Requirements for the role
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • With 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good analytical, strong problem solving skills and resilience, able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and Internet resources.
  • Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate with different departments to complete assigned tasks.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
  • Proficient in network access control, privilege access management is an added advantages.
