The System Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Solutions Architect by analyzing business and technical requirements, translating them into detailed system specifications, and assisting in the design, development, and deployment of IT solutions. The role is focused on systems related to digital certificates, digital signatures, and the automation and digitalization of services. The System Analyst will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of secure and compliant IT systems aligned with business goals.
Specific Duties
Business & Technical Requirement Analysis
- Work closely with the Solutions Architect and stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document both functional and non-functional requirements for all Rafftech digital solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs, identifying areas for system enhancement or new development.
- Translate complex business problems into precise, structured technical specifications, use cases, data models, and user stories for development teams.
- Assist the Solutions Architect in designing secure, scalable, and compliant solutions by preparing technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and data flow charts.
- Participate in design sessions to map out architecture for all Rafftech products.
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed solutions and changes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Implementation Coordination & Testing Support
- Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and QA teams during implementation phases.
- Ensure that development outputs match defined requirements through close collaboration and iterative feedback.
- Assist in preparing test plans, perform functional and system testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones, track issue resolution, and support post-deployment troubleshooting and optimization.
Compliance, Governance & Security Alignment
- Ensure that systems and solutions are designed and implemented in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in audits and reviews by preparing and maintaining audit trails, security logs, and compliance-related documentation.
Process Automation & Digitalization Support
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and enhance digital service delivery using appropriate technologies and tools.
- Support the implementation of digital workflows for internal operations and customer-facing services, ensuring usability, accessibility, and efficiency.
- Evaluate existing legacy systems and assist in planning their migration or integration into modern digital platforms.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews, gathering feedback and insights for iterative improvements in system performance and user satisfaction.
- Recommend improvements to system architecture, process flows, and automation tools to enhance scalability and maintainability.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, configuration settings, process maps, user manuals, and change logs.
- Assist in developing knowledge bases and training materials for internal teams and end users.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth onboarding of new team members or handovers during project transitions.
Other Duties
- Research and recommend emerging technologies, cryptographic standards, and industry trends.
- Support proposal writing and technical documentation for RFPs, tenders, and compliance reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting critical system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Represent the company in technical discussions, conferences, and industry collaborations.
