Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Prepare system documentation such as BRD, FRD, use cases, process flows, and system diagrams

• Work closely with developers and technical teams during system design and development

• Support system testing activities including SIT and UAT

• Assist in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and solution recommendation

• Ensure system solutions align with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards

• Support post-implementation activities including system enhancements and user support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role

• Strong understanding of SDLC and system implementation methodologies

Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

• Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements

• Familiar with system integration, databases, and application workflows

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment

Added Advantage

• Experience in government or enterprise-scale systems

• Exposure to Agile / Waterfall project environments

• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, or enterprise systems

• Experience supporting UAT and system rollout
