Job description

Job Purpose:

Leads the regional Operational Supply Planning team. Drives the short-term (0-12 months) Supply Planning processes and development across the regional Planning organization. Works with the Global Planning Excellence team in identifying and in rolling out technologies and capabilities to advance the maturity of the planning process. Contributes to the Supply Reviews and to the S&OP process. Is accountable for stock levels across network, incl. replenishment.

Your role:

• Reporting to the Regional Planning Head Asia, the Supply Planning Head will lead and manage the regional Operational Supply Planning organization.
• Oversees and manages the short-term production and scheduling plans for Finished Goods
  Decides on short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority.
• Supports on the inventory management by reviewing and influencing inventory policies
  Maintains select manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints).
• Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP).
• Participates in S&OE and leads the Supply Control meeting.
• Acts as a point of contact for the plants within the region and collaborates with the Plant Managers on production activities.
• Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to secure raw materials according to the production schedule.
• Collaborates with Network Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supply.
• Identifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance.
