A global coffee and tea company based in Johor is seeking a Regional Planning professional to manage supply chain operations. This role entails coordinating production schedules, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and working collaboratively with various teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and at least 3-6 years of relevant experience. The environment is dynamic and innovative, prioritizing personal growth and passion for coffee and tea.
Compensation: MYR 4,500 - MYR 6,000 - monthly

Reporting to the Regional Planning Manager; Asia dotted to Planning Manager, Malaysia. This role is managing customer service levels and inventories by planning the supply of (semi-) finished goods from the factories towards the receiving factories or logistic warehouses considering the capacity restrictions and material availability of Johor Instant Plant. He/she is responsible to create a detailed scheduled plan from the planned orders provided on a weekly base by the Regional Supply Planner (principal).
The position will be a member of the Supply Chain Asia leadership team.
Based in Johor, this position will be directly responsible regional planning role and scheduling role of Johor Instant Plant.
Education;-
Bachelors' Degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
