A dynamic supply chain company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage comprehensive supply chain operations. The successful candidate will oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and procurement, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. The role requires a degree in Supply Chain or related field, strong leadership skills, and 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial position. Familiarity with customs regulations in Malaysia and experience with SAP B1 systems are advantageous.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of supply chain operations. This role oversees Customer Service & Order Fulfillment, Logistics (Import/Export & Clearance), Materials Planning, Procurement, and Purchasing. You will ensure efficient operations, strong compliance, and continuous improvement across all functions.
Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service performance.
Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and prompt issue resolution.
Manage end-to-end logistics, including inbound and outbound shipment planning.
Handle customs clearance for goods entering and exiting Malaysia.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Sales Tax Exemption applications, usage tracking, and documentation.
Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and authorities to prevent delays and ensure smooth movement of goods.
Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and MRP execution.
Ensure materials availability for production and distribution while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Coordinate closely with production and sales to balance supply and demand.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, quality, and cost control.
Ensure supply continuity and proper documentation compliance.
Lead and develop the supply chain team across CS, logistics, planning, and procurement.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
Support company digitalization initiatives (e-invoicing, system upgrades, tracking tools, etc.).
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge in supply chain operation, sales tax exemption compliance, planning, and procurement.
Familiar with customs procedures and import/export regulations in Malaysia.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP B1 systems is an advantage.
