A leading medical device manufacturer in the Klang Valley is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team. With a strong vision to become the market leader, the company has built its success on continuous innovation and expansion.

  • Oversee all Supply Chain KPIs and ensure operational excellence within the country.
  • Manage customer service and order processing to achieve timely revenue recognition.
  • Lead inventory planning and control, aligning with business objectives and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Govern 3PL operations, ensuring warehousing and distribution meet agreed SLAs.
  • Drive channel partner and commission agent engagement, including onboarding, contract management, and business reviews with the commercial team.
  • Collaborate on route-to-market strategies, supporting new product launches, consignment setups, capital equipment programs, and service level agreements.
  • Manage import/export activities for trade and non-trade items in coordination with freight forwarders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and financial policies across all supply chain activities.
  • Lead regional and local initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver business results.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory performance, including DIOH targets, slow‑moving stock reduction, and PAR level reviews at hospital locations.
  • Align demand and supply planning with regional teams during monthly SIOP meetings.
  • Oversee warehouse management in line with quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Consolidate customer feedback and implement improvement actions to enhance service levels.
  • Ensure accurate field inventory management and compliance with company standards.
  • Minimum 7 years in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including planning, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and import/export processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP and basic analytical tools (spreadsheets, visualization tools); experience with P&L review is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, team‑oriented mindset, and customer‑focused approach.
  • Strong problem‑solving and presentation skills; ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve issues.
  • Fluent in English at a business level.
