- Oversee all Supply Chain KPIs and ensure operational excellence within the country.
- Manage customer service and order processing to achieve timely revenue recognition.
- Lead inventory planning and control, aligning with business objectives and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Govern 3PL operations, ensuring warehousing and distribution meet agreed SLAs.
- Drive channel partner and commission agent engagement, including onboarding, contract management, and business reviews with the commercial team.
- Collaborate on route-to-market strategies, supporting new product launches, consignment setups, capital equipment programs, and service level agreements.
- Manage import/export activities for trade and non-trade items in coordination with freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and financial policies across all supply chain activities.
- Lead regional and local initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver business results.
- Monitor and optimize inventory performance, including DIOH targets, slow‑moving stock reduction, and PAR level reviews at hospital locations.
- Align demand and supply planning with regional teams during monthly SIOP meetings.
- Oversee warehouse management in line with quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Consolidate customer feedback and implement improvement actions to enhance service levels.
- Ensure accurate field inventory management and compliance with company standards.
- Minimum 7 years in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including planning, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and import/export processes.
- Familiarity with SAP and basic analytical tools (spreadsheets, visualization tools); experience with P&L review is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, team‑oriented mindset, and customer‑focused approach.
- Strong problem‑solving and presentation skills; ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve issues.
