Job Description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support organizational goals.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize shortages and excess stock.
• Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs (lead times, forecast accuracy, cost efficiency, etc.).
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and issues.
• Optimize transportation and logistics operations to improve delivery performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
