Qualifications

  • Diploma in a relevant field, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage stock levels for accuracy and availability.
  • Handle purchasing: request quotations, issue POs, track deliveries.
  • Coordinate with local & overseas suppliers, mainly from China.
  • Assist in stock planning to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory/ERP systems.
  • Support monthly stock counts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory and purchasing reports as needed.
