Are you eager to gain real-world experience in Supply Chain? We’re looking for two (2) dynamic Executives (Supply Chain) to join our team!
General Responsibilities
- Carry out the routine supply chain daily task and follow up with the internal/external team to ensure good and continuous supplies to the outlet.
- Prepare and coordinate Supply Chain KPI and reporting or analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to continuously improve performance.
- Perform other specific assignments as requested by management.
A) Demand Supply & Forecasting Team
- Planning, execution & monitoring in promotion forecast, monthly display & ad hoc demand.
- Planning & forecast for own brand & focus items with close communication between other related department (Category Team & Suppliers).
- Working closely with warehouse team to ease their operation and productivity and assist on the ad hoc issues – ie delivery arrangement, coordinate in space planning & inter warehouse communication.
- Sales surge & long OOS recovery action plan & monitoring.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance current systems, processes and practices going forward.
B) Inventory Management Team
- Manage and review the master data parameters in SAP - ie ordering lead time, ordering method, source list, Min Max etc.
- Coordinate all the supply chain activities on new/refit/relocation/close store and setting in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Working closely with warehouse team to ease their operation and productivity and assist on the ad hoc issues - ie define the order frequency, picking line, UOM factor, delivery method etc.
- Monitor and implement inventory control measures to maintain stock holding at optimal level and ensure out of stock at minimal level.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance current systems, processes and practices going forward (order and supplier management, inventory management and distribution services to support business goals).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year working experience in Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Logistic in FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, supply chain management software and tools, as well as familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work independently under pressure with high adaptability, flexibility and react quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate to all levels and have well understanding on inventory management.
Must be able to work at Bukit Raja 2 Klang.
