We are seeking a Supply and Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our Supply Chain organization. This role is pivotal in managing, monitoring, and executing all aspects of order fulfillment—including deliveries, returns, and transportation—ensuring seamless alignment with sales orders and project requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement delivery strategies aligned with customer expectations for cost, timelines, and specifications
  • Oversee and manage incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Monitor the entire order lifecycle proactively, guaranteeing timely acknowledgments and adherence to customer/project requirements
  • Assign and release products to relevant network activities, managing material availability confirmations
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support proactive decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Project Management, Solutions, and Finance to ensure alignment and successful order fulfillment
  • Ensure timely execution of shipments through logistic service providers and manage Transport Service purchase orders
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to Ericsson’s mission to connect the world and explore new possibilities
The skills you bring
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including order management, planning, and acknowledgment
  • Experience in transport planning, execution, and documentation
  • Familiarity with pre-sales support, budgeting, and country-specific requirements and risk assessments
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data handling tools such as Power BI and SAP
  • Problem-solving mindset with critical thinking abilities
  • Cultural awareness and experience working in a global team environment
  • Leadership and change management capabilities
  • Ability to enable cross-functional teamwork and collaboration both internally and externally
  • Financial acumen and innovative, creative thinking
