Qualifications

  • Experienced in retail sports for at least 3-4 years is compulsory.
  • At least 3 years of direct working experience in managing retail stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive sales performance by maximizing commercial opportunities through:
  • Increasing sales per square foot.
  • Growing average basket value and total transactions.
  • Ensuring efficient planning and execution of sales promotions.
  • Delivering timely seasonal changes in line with guidelines, with high‑standard merchandise displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement through performance insights and floor observations.
  • Using stock management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure efficient stock movement, including warehouse‑to‑store transfers, fitting room turnaround, and receiving processes.
  • Implementing best practices in line with the commercial management toolkit.
  • Leading, motivating, and engaging the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Job Requirements
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.
  • Experienced in retail sports for at least 3-4 years is compulsory.
  • At least 3 years of direct working experience in managing retail stores.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays.
