Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all mechanical activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with project and contract specifications, quality, and cost requirements.
• Coordinate with clients on mechanical engineering matters, preventive maintenance, fabrication, and construction activities.
• Monitor daily work progress and supervise workers’ activities on site.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors’ daily operations, including work progress, quality inspections, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), drawings, redline mark‑ups, and related technical documents.
• Act as a liaison between the company and the project owner for all mechanical maintenance and service‑related matters.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
