Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee workflow in the production area, ensuring all tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Assign workers to appropriate tasks based on workload and skill, ensuring sufficient staffing for each process.
• Prepare and maintain the duty roster, managing shifts, off days, and overtime as needed.
• Monitor daily operations, track progress, and resolve issues to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, that workers follow standard operating procedures, and that proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is used.
• Report operational or safety issues to management promptly.
• Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure work efficiency and compliance.
• Help maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support overall company goals by maintaining efficiency, safety, and order in the production area.
