The Role Sales Assistant cum Cashier (Full Time & Part Time - RM9/hour)
Responsible for cashiering duties
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Maximize sales and profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactions
Maintain cash transactions accurately according to SOP and keep proper records of operations
Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customers
The Role Supervisor / Retail Executive
Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
