Job summary

A community-oriented park district in Subang Jaya is looking for a Summer Camp Manager responsible for overseeing camp operations and ensuring the care of elementary school children. The role includes hiring and mentoring staff, managing communications with parents, and organizing activities. Ideal candidates should have experience in supervising children, First Aid/CPR certification, and be 21 years or older. This is a seasonal position offering $22.00 per hour without benefits.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with minimum 2 years of experience supervising children.
• Currently enrolled in a college program studying education or health-related fields.
• Valid Driver’s License and successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Summer Camp including program structure.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff for the program.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding participants' needs.
• Supervise and support counselors during camp activities.

Skills
