Key Responsibilities

• Guide students and parents through the overseas education process—from shortlisting universities to application submission.
• Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information on international universities, courses, admission criteria, and visa processes.
• Assist students with documentation, application forms, and statement of purpose (SOP) reviews.
• Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
• Conduct follow‑ups via phone, email, and virtual/in‑person meetings.
• Maintain student records and update CRM tools regularly.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Counseling, or related field).
• 1-3 years of experience in overseas admissions counseling or education consultancy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of admission processes for countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
