Responsibilities include managing the desk team, conducting audits to maximize class usage, and cultivating a positive studio culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Reporting to either the Studio Manager (SM) and Head of Operations (HO), the person in this position is to effectively handle all aspects of customer experience, class quality, human resources (desk team), facilities, to ensure that the studio under his or her care are successful business units.
