This role is a unique hybrid of technical expertise, communication, and product strategy. You will serve as the bridge between our engineering users and our software development team, ensuring our tools solve real-world engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Software Demonstrations
  • Conduct high-impact software demos for prospective clients, translating complex features into business value.
  • Address technical inquiries during the sales cycle.
• Technical Support
  • Act as the technical lead for complex user inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot simulation errors, integration issues, and workflow bottlenecks.
  • Create documentation, video tutorials, and knowledge-base articles to empower the user community.
• Product Requirements & Feature Specs
  • Translate "user pain points" into technical specifications for the software team.
  • Collaborate with developers to define the UI/UX for new mechanical toolsets.
  • Testing on new builds to ensure features meet the engineering specifications.

Candidate Profile

Technical Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
