This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to determine project requirements and communicate deliverables.
• Design and develop structurally sound corrugated displays and packaging, ensuring feasibility for printing, die‑cutting, gluing, and assembly.
• Conceptualize and prototype creative display solutions for both existing and new customers.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive innovative display solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs while meeting project deadlines consistently.
• Create samples and mock‐ups for customer approvals.
• Review and refine designs, resolving structural issues and optimizing performance to meet industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in corrugated POP display or packaging design, including prototype assembly.
• 1 year of experience in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop for production artwork.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of printing production processes and materials.
