A leading construction company in Selangor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimations, manage contracts, and collaborate with clients and subcontractors. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor and have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, which offers a fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in civil, infrastructure, or building works.
• Good in taking-off and contracts administrative works.
• Knowledge of construction methods and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimations, measurements, and bills of quantities.
• Monitor amendments to the scope of work and variation orders.
