Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Planning, directing and/or coordinating purchase requirements for products, services (quotation, preparation and issue Purchase Orders)
  2. Monitor and manage inventory for moving and slow/non moving stocks to achieve operation efficiency.
  3. Generate monthly Purchase and Inventory Reports from ERP system for management review.
  4. Ability to formulate Purchasing Report is a must and present to management.
  5. Manage vendor evaluation and qualification process.
  6. Negotiate pricing and terms with all vendors.
  7. Ensure efficient supply chain deliverables especially supply chain disruptions.

  2. Independent - reliable, responsible and able to meet obligations.
  3. Takes ownership and has initiative to deliver on assignments beyond just meeting requirements.
  4. Resourceful to solve any supply chain issues arising from day to day operations.
