A leading global real estate firm is seeking an Assistant Manager Procurement in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will manage procurement operations across Malaysia and Singapore, focusing on vendor management, cost optimization, and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of procurement experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in procurement software. This position offers the chance to work within a dynamic Southeast Asian market, reporting directly to the Regional Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience, preferably in facility management or related industries.
• Previous experience managing multi-country procurement operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of procurement strategies for client sites across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Manage day-to-day procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance across all managed sites.
