A leading technology solutions company is seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to develop and execute strategies for the Asia Infra Sols. The role involves collaborating across teams and regions, leading strategic meetings, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in English, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). The Strategy & Planning Manager will lead the development and execution of the Asia Infra Sols strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. This role involves taking ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
The manager will collaborate closely with the Strategy Director and Asia leader to prepare QBRs, MBRs, and other strategic reports. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams across different time zones, leading strategic meetings, providing expert support and research, and maintaining a strong focus on both short-term results and long-term vision. The manager will also act as a liaison between the Asia region and global strategy team, ensuring alignment and consistency in strategic initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
Certifications: Certifications such as PMP are a plus.
Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience; experience in an international and culturally diverse organization is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems.
Technical Skills: Experience with ERP financial applications is a plus (experience in Oracle preferred); Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (experience in Power BI preferred).
