Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Provide consultative recommendations through analysis of Claims & Utilization reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize customer experience.
• Participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Propose new products or initiatives for Direct Clients.
• Monitor seamless implementation including policy enrolment and issuance.
• Involve in projects that grow the overall CS business.
