Responsibilities

• Manage freight operations including tendering and shipment tracking.
• Conduct QBR with service providers for continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain warehouse and freight SOPs.
• Ensure operations run according to SOP and maintain warehouse infrastructure.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and logistics data in the system.
• Manage full cycle of customer complaints.
• Analyze shipment data and recommend improvements.
• Compile logistics cost reports and ensure billing accuracy.
• Prepare logistics budget and provide consultation to teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects for cost improvement.
