Job summary

A leading banking institution in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage a full spectrum of HR functions, develop policies, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, at least 5 years of HR experience, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of broad HR experience covering multiple functions.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations and employment law.
  • Experience in handling expatriate permits is an advantage.

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and payroll.
  • Develop HR policies and maintain accurate record keeping.
  • Coordinate statistical reports and handle immigration matters.
