Job summary

A leading property development firm is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR practices with business growth. This role involves developing HR strategies, coaching managers, driving organizational performance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Candidates should possess at least 10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a similar role, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, along with knowledge of labour laws are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in HR roles with at least 3 years in HR Business Partner role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices in property development or investment & asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute change management strategies.
  • Champion HR Centres of Excellence initiatives.
  • Support manpower planning and resourcing strategies.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness to increase productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and operational standards.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances.

Skills

Strong presentation and influencing skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong grasp of market practices and salary benchmarks
