Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in plantation or agricultural operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of activities with Company’s Vision and sustainability objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, resource planning and cost optimisation.
• Mentor and train the operational staff for high performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and technology adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes.
