Job summary

A leading finance consultancy in Malaysia is seeking a commercially savvy Finance Business Partner who will own the corporate financial planning process. You will drive financial performance and support data-driven decision-making while ensuring growth plans are ambitious and profitable. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in FP&A and Commercial Finance, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required, while CFA/CPA/MBA is a plus. Competitive remuneration is offered.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles.
• Proven track record in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with channel/customer-level P&Ls and ROI analysis.

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan, budgeting, and reforecasting processes.
• Develop scenario models for market expansion and pricing changes.
