Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance within an MNC environment.
• Prior experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
• Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of statutory reports.
• Implement and monitor internal control systems.
• Mentor and supervise finance team members.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend actions.
• Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities.
