Job summary

A leading financial services provider based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional for corporate finance responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, and strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Planning, Corporate Finance, and/or Investor Relations.
• Proven proficiency in building complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and budgeting.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive corporate exercises and funding initiatives such as IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Develop financial models for forecasting and project evaluation.
• Provide concise reports and insightful analysis to Senior Management.
