Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with exposure to commercial finance and business controlling.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing finance operations end-to-end.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance activities including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide commercial insights and analysis to drive business performance.
• Lead the finance team of 4-6 members ensuring performance and capability building.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and identify automation opportunities.
