Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Penang is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee full accounting and finance operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a certification in ACCA or CIMA preferred and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgeting, and ensuring tax compliance while developing the accounting team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Certification in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and finance operations including AP, AR, inventory, and GL.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage annual budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Provide financial insights to senior management.
