Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Customer Business Manager to enhance sales and market share. You will develop strategies, lead negotiations, and ensure effective store execution while building a high-performing team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years' commercial experience. This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact locally and globally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of Nestlé commercial and operations.
  • Experience with CCSD background will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure development of Customer Strategy and JBP aligned with objectives.
  • Lead negotiation and agreement of the JBP including KPIs.
  • Deliver effective in-store execution through Sales Operations Team.
  • Influence direction with strong customer understanding.
  • Develop a high performing team for effective JBP execution.
