A well-established property developer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Credit & Sales Administration to oversee credit control and sales processes. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with legal and finance teams. Candidates should have at least 5 years of managerial experience in Credit & Sales Administration within the property sector. A degree in a related field and familiarity with the IFCA D'Developer system are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in Credit & Sales Administration.
• Strong knowledge of property sales cycles, SPA processes and legal documentation.
• Ability to liaise with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers.
